Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a glimpse of the ocean, but the rooms are quite dark and facing a concrete wall, although with a nice wooden floor covered by rugs. Next to Chad's restaurant which can be noisy in the early morning. The service was very good overall but with some delays and minor issues. The location is wonderful, near a park for dogs and suitable for medical cool bags; however, building 4 might not be the best. The dining experience is satisfactory, and the facilities are adequate.
The hotel is in a prime location, just across the street from the beach and a short walk to State Street, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms, although quite basic for the price we paid, featured a surprisingly comfortable bed. The service was top-notch, with the staff changing our room to accommodate our needs. The dining experience was satisfactory with various options available, meeting different preferences. The facilities, including a large pool and cabanas, added to the overall pleasant stay.
My stay at the hotel was nothing less than charming and meticulous in Santa Barbara. The rooms were beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and soft sheets, but they were missing robes, and even after requesting them a second time, they were not delivered. Unfortunately, the view we anticipated was not available, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, in my opinion, this hotel is the perfect place to stay in Santa Barbara.
The hotel is in an exceptional location directly across from Stearns Warf, offering a great view and convenience. The rooms were a bit cramped for a family suite, with some noise disturbances, but they were clean and comfortable. The service was top-notch, especially their pleasant and helpful staff. While the dining options were a bit haphazard and limited, the hotel provided a fresh selection. Overall, a good value for money stay with excellent facilities and surroundings.
My stay at the hotel was a bit disappointing overall. The rooms felt small and cramped, and it was sweltering hot with no AC, forcing me to keep the window open all night, which made me feel uneasy with people walking by. However, the service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, adding a little extra love to our celebration. The location was kind of small and not as central as I hoped. The dining was okay but limited, offering just coffee, juice, muffins, and fruit without any heated options.
I had a great time staying at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and spacious, although not as luxurious as I had expected. The location was the best I could ask for, close to State Street and downtown Santa Barbara. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who suggested great places to visit and made our evenings more romantic with fire tables. The dining options were decent but not exceptional.
The hotel's location is superb, right across from the beautiful beach and Santa Barbara pier. The service was excellent with kind and helpful staff. On the downside, the room was a bit small, and the dining options were basic without much variety.
